All clients must have completed our contract of services form, booking form and off leash disclaimer for before Tails of Oxford can carry out any services to our clients. All forms will be completed during your initial free consultation with the Tails of oxford team.

All clients will be deemed to have accepted Tails of Oxford’s terms and conditions following completion of our contract of services completed during initial consultation.

The safety of your dog is our utmost importance; therefore we are unable to accept dogs on group walks that show any form of aggression towards other dogs. If your dog does not socialise well with other dogs, we recommend you use our 1-hour private walk service.

Owners must make a full disclosure of their dogs characteristics to Tails of Oxford, this will include any behavioural or health issues, anti-social or aggressive behaviour towards dogs, cats and livestock and lack of training or obedience

Owners must ensure that their dogs are up to date with vaccinations, flea and worming treatments.

Tails of Oxford must be provided with owners contact details including, name, address, and contact telephone number. We will also require emergency contact details and contact information or your dog’s veterinary practice.

The client must provide contact details of someone who is capable of making a decision relating to your dogs wellbeing in case of an emergency. In case of an emergency if the contact is not available Tails of Oxford reserves the right to consult with a veterinary surgeon and make a decision based on the best interest of your dog.

The client is responsible for any veterinary bills incurred by their dog, no matter how they were incurred, whilst dogs are in the care of Tails of Oxford.

Whilst Tails of Oxford does have public liability insurance and every care is taken of your dog whilst under the supervision of Tails of oxford, we accept no responsibility for any loss, accident, illness or death that occurs to any dog whilst in our care.
